About Us

Castellum.AI is an all-in-one AI agents and screening solution for AML/KYC that reduces false-positive alerts by up to 94% compared to legacy providers. We’re scaling quickly to meet market demand.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will...

• Design, build, and maintain new and existing products
• Develop APIs, front-ends, data pipelines, and agentic workflows
• Develop and support third party integrations
• Participate in Agile development processes and ceremonies
• Participate in the software development lifecycle from planning to deployment
• Write efficient and scalable code
• Draft and review documentation and other technical documents
• Provide technical support to sales, customer success, and clients
• Consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation
• Work remotely with a distributed team

Minimum Qualifications

• A strong technical background gained through education and/or on-the-job experience
• Experience building web applications
• Experience developing APIs and back-end systems
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience working with popular databases
• Knowledge and experience programming with Go
• Knowledge and experience programming with Python
• Knowledge and experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and popular front-end frameworks such as React

Preferred Qualifications

• Five years of software engineering experience
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with Elasticsearch
• Knowledge and experience with virtualization, containerization, and distributed systems
• Experience leveraging AI developer tools
